- The cotton jersey material and cotton flannel is easy to maintain - simply put both the shirt and pajama pants in the washer and dryer. The material is wrinkle resistant so it will not wrinkle after major cycle dryer. Keep the cycle dryer on "permanent press" or medium where the washing of pajama pants so that the elastic strap does not get too lost time.
